Our youth programs are the building blocks for the next generation. These classes not only teach children ages 4 and up how to realistically defend themselves, but also focus on life skill development. It is a great way to get in shape, make friends, and have fun. This program instills strong work ethic, focus and grit. Classes include techniques, physical drills, games, mat chats, and live training.
In our 4-6 YEAR OLD Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, we provide your children with the foundation to starting their journey in martial arts. Your child will learn important motor movements, including a thorough understanding of the basic positions required for further practice. Children are engaged through fun and challenging drills and exercises that will improve their overall coordination, flexibility, conditioning and mental focus. Most importantly, they will become proficient and familiar with the class setting and will enjoy a positive and encouraging team environment. This class serves as an excellent introduction and starting point for your child’s martial arts adventure.
This program is designed to help students build a strong foundation for basic jiu jitsu techniques and improve their overall understanding of jiu jitsu practice. The curriculum for this program includes both beginner and fundamental techniques, as well as coordination drills, interactive games, and exploration of core concepts and ideas in the jiu jitsu art.
We are teaching our youth class to become leaders while promoting a healthy lifestyle through Jiu-Jitsu. Our goal is to reinforce important life skills such as confidence, focus, discipline, courtesy, and respect through a series of class room instruction and functional drilling.
Students in our youth program will expand on their fundamentals, learn a multitude of offensive and defensive strategies, and begin to start applying both concept and theory in to their Jiu-Jitsu. This class will involve more mature content that is both age and skill level appropriate.
The main goals of our school are the development and promotion of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among young people and adults.
