Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – combines elements of martial arts, sports, and self-defense. It is the art of attack and defense. The uniqueness of BJJ lies in the fact that the outcome of each battle is unpredictable. It depends not so much on the strength and weight of the fighter but on the technique and the right position.
The BJJ technique is based on the study of strikes and the development of fighting skills in the prone position using joint locks and suffocating techniques. This makes it possible to gain victory in battle by competently using manipulating techniques.
Jiu-Jitsu training is carried out under the guidance of an experienced trainer – a master of martial arts. Training is based on the classical program, the task of which is to develop physical strength, increase endurance and flexibility of the body.
